MEDIA ADVISORY: Discussion on the United States’ Role in Latin America

Houston, Texas—Congressman Joaquin Castro (TX-20), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and First Vice Chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, will join Rice University’s Baker Institute’s Mexico Center and Latin America Initiative for a discussion on the United States’ role in Latin America this Monday, March 26, 2018 from 1:00pm-1:45pmCT.

Congressman Castro will deliver keynote remarks followed by Tony Payan, the Francoise and Edward Djerejian Fellow for Mexico Studies at the Baker Institute and director of the Mexico Center, moderating a brief question and answer session.
