ICE arrested a DACA recipient whose newborn was in the ICU

ICE arrested Juan Chavez Velasco on his way to deliver milk to his newborn daughter who was in the ICU. He is a DACA recipient and was waiting for months to renew his enrollment. The Trump Admin is slow rolling DACA renewals and illegally throwing people like Juan in jail—away from his wife, family, and newborn daughter.
