WASHINGTON—House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Congressman Joaquin Castro (TX-20), Chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, Vice Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and a member of the House Intelligence and Education and Labor Committee, will host a press conference today with House Democrats on the privileged resolution to terminate President Trump’s emergency declaration (H.J.Res. 46) ahead of tomorrow’s House vote.
