Washington, D.C.—Congressman Joaquin Castro (TX-20), First Vice Chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, will join a press conference this Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 12:30pm ET about the mounting concerns of the Trump Administration’s decision to add a new citizenship question to the 2020 Census and congressional efforts to hold the Trump Administration accountable and halt the addition of this damaging question.
