Rep. Castro: GOP border bill does not reflect who we are as a people

Congressman Joaquin Castro discusses how the arrival of thousands of children from Central America to the U.S. southern border has shown the best and worst of America and brought into question who we consider refugees. There are armed militias at the border, but there have also been a lot of donations from kind hearted Americans. The border funding bill that Republicans in the House are proposing does not reflect the best of America.
