Speaking with the Inter-American Dialogue about the Zika Outbreak

The Zika virus outbreak in the Western Hemisphere is extremely concerning. Already, more than 20 cases have been confirmed in Texas. This morning I spoke with the Inter-American Dialogue about the importance of U.S. investment in global health solutions to combat Zika and other dangerous diseases.
